Terms of Use
Last updated: [Month D, YYYY]
These terms apply to your use of Photo to Line Drawing (phototolinedrawing.com), operated by [Company legal name]. By using the Service you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Service.
1. What the Service does
The Service converts a photo you upload into a black-and-white line drawing using a third-party AI service. Results vary with the photo and may contain errors, missing details or added marks. We don’t guarantee any particular result, availability or turnaround time.
2. Your photos
- You must own the photo or have permission to upload and transform it, including permission from people who appear in it where required.
- You keep whatever rights you have in your photo. You give us permission to store, process and send it to our service providers only to create your drawing and run the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
3. Acceptable use
You must not upload or create content that:
- is illegal, or infringes someone else’s copyright, trademark, privacy or publicity rights;
- sexualises minors, or depicts anyone in an intimate or sexual context without their consent;
- harasses, threatens or impersonates a real person, or is meant to deceive.
You must not try to get around usage limits, automate requests, probe or disrupt the Service, or access other people’s images. We may refuse or delete content and block access that breaks these terms.
4. Usage limits
To keep the Service available, we limit how many drawings can be created per visitor and per day. Limits may change at any time.
5. Using your drawing
You are responsible for having the necessary rights to the uploaded photo. Use of generated results is also subject to applicable laws and to the terms of our AI provider. [Confirm with the AI provider’s terms what rights users receive in outputs, then state it here.] We make no promise that a drawing can be registered or protected as your own work.
6. Availability and changes
We may change, suspend or stop the Service, or these terms, at any time. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
7. Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data, and our total liability is limited to [USD 50]. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction], without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
